  • Minced garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • Teaspoon of White Pepper
  • Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 pound of thinly sliced Chicken Breast without Rib Meat

Directions

  1. Sautee’ garlic with butter on low heat.
  2. Put up water for Penne.
  3. After 10 minutes or when garlic just turns brown add chicken stock.
  4. Cook chicken stock for 5 minutes and turn off and let sit.
  5. In a frying pan add butter and minced garlic 2 teaspoons.
  6. Add chicken to pan and cook and flip every 5 minutes.
  7. When flipping chicken add garlic sauce on top.
  8. Cook chicken until golden brown and set aside.
  9. Stir all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
  10. Add Pecorino Romano over chicken with penne.
